Position opportunities at Enterprise Knowledge for the week commencing 24th November 2008
Position: Archives and Records Asministrator
Location: Broadmeadows
Status: Approximately 12 Months
Commencement: ASAP
Temporary position to develop, implement and manage archive/records management systems. To be considered for this position the suitable applicant will have formal qualifications in archives/records management, or records management experience.
Duties Include:
- Provide consultative advice
- Assist staff in preparation of transfer documentation
- Invoice reconciliation
- Liase with off-site storage agents
Position: Archivist Role x 2
Location: Mt Waverley
Status: Permanent Part Time
Commencement: ASAP
Permanent position to provide support and advice and assist with the administration of the company's archives. To be considered for this position you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in a similar role, and TRIM experience.
Duties Include:
- Archive administration support
- Maintenance of archive policy and standards
- Archive consultancy
- Archive compliance monitoring
Position: Electronic Document & Records Management Administrator
Location: Melbourne
Status: Approximately 12 Months Part Time Position
Commencement: ASAP
Temporary position to manage the provision of a records management service, ensuring the client maintains appropriate records of its business activities, meeting internal customer needs and complying with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements and Duties Include:
- Proven knowledge of TRIM Context's Importing and Exporting capabilities;
- Supervisory and administrative skills
- Understanding of legislation, policies, strategies and procedures of Records Management
- Working knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Computer literacy in Windows, and basic knowledge of the Microsoft suite and other relevant technology (TRIM Context), including scanning and imaging;
